RIP Len Fassler

From 1996 to 2001, I spent a lot of time with Len in New York, where Interliant was headquartered. I remember clearly a phone call on 12/1/2000 where Len called me from NYC. I learned how to complete a negotiation, walk away from the table, be empathetic, and be available. Len – I love you.
