I had taken classes on IP, first-mover advantage, etc. If we werent careful about this, our IP claims would be worthless. It seems very freeing to just give this away while I pursue investor channels for a bicycle handlebar awaiting patent. I started my first internet company while getting my MBA. So I should be very secretive.
