VCs don’t have the same net worth litmus test and great entrepreneurs have a ton of sources for seed money to get financed very early. Few people have it. You have kids, a mortgage, MBA debt? Seed money gets invested on something that shouldn’t be in use, rather than something provided by an off-the-shelf framework which won’t tie the business to a particular agency.
