But with these new API changes, I’m not sure how or even if we can stay in business. I didn’t really look into the recent API changes. Second, Facebook’s API is RETARDED. I love(d) Twitter’s API because of the freedom and ease of use. So I chose Twitter’s API for the main functionality of Twythm.

I should have gotten on the partner train. I started the agency partner program that you passed on and built that up. billion in annual revenue and 40% of that, or roughly, I don't think they shut publicly that often, but about 40% of that is coming in through partners. That's one of my big regrets in life.

We have partnered with existing developer communities, including academic communities to offer developer days and workshops. We have quite an open platform, that allows any registered developer to take advantage of our APIs, tools, services, etc. RIM has actively established and supported BlackBerry Developer Groups across Asia.
