Israel is the first country outside South America to implement a free trade agreement with the bloc. Brazil is Israel’s largest trade partner in Latin America. The acquisition of PBM adds another growth engine for Perrigo, which already has a 75% share of the store brand over the counter (OTC) drug market in the US.
