I recently wrote a post on angel financing covering the topic of convertible notes but I realized I was thinking about the issue more from investor perspective and a very narrow topic of how to price the round. This post is for those who want to raise angel money. I’ll make my next posting shorter. At what value?

“How much is that software really worth? We were building a VC backed software business so I had to focus on the product business. Angel financing – just because VCs won’t back this kind of business doesn’t mean angels won’t. Who else is using it? How much did they pay?
