All the engineers I trust to execute a project swiftly, professionally and with quality, especially under startup conditions, will not touch an upfront equity deal with a 10-foot pole. It’s actually pretty hard to find a good start-up job if you have no real engineering or user acquisition / product management skills. My company and product involve HW/SW/RF/embedded system integration, and I am NO kind of engineer. Jeff Sepp Can you recommend some helpful skills (ruby on rails, django, etc.) Any advice?

My example: I have mainly programmed _by choice_ in Python, Ruby, Scala, Haskell, C# and currently I’m doing Java. I am a dev working on.net stuff as well as ruby/c/js/coffeescript and whatnot.
