The incubators and co-working spaces are on par with what we have. Unsurprisingly, this seems to weed out the less passionate people, while encouraging others to put in sweat equity in their own ideas. This makes for a more fluid deal flow, with more standardized and competitive terms, with more contacts and experience on top.
