I’m not a lawyer, but my impression from some of the subsequent lawsuits I’ve heard of is that this is illegal in many countries and if Company B sells it’s ownership of Company C at less than market value it’s corporate malfeasance as far as I’m concerned. Marketing (1). Categories. Funding (1).
