For $100,000 we actually don’t take any equity in your company unless you raise more venture capital, at which point we’ll convert into that round of funding or if you sell the company, we’ll have a small piece of that acquisition. If you continue to make those distributions it flips- 80 percent to the creator and then 20 percent to us.
