While I do not necessarily agree with all the points in this article, the point about voice and market positioning is important. Many early stage startups struggle with this and either end up sounding like a “me too” solution or something too vague for people to grasp. That speaks to my points about when startups should hire a PR firm, and a good PR agency can help startups hone that voice.
