“Next Made-in-China Boom: College Graduates” via The New York Times
China is making a $250 billion-a-year investment in building up its future workforce and the tool of choice is college. While lots of cash and sheer numbers do not equate to quality, it matters that China is projected to have 195 million college graduates by the end of the decade compared with 120 million in the US.
