The media world is notoriously difficult to navigate from the outside, and working with PR agencies can be even more of a black box. I frequently fielded pitches from founders and tech-oriented PR agencies, and to be honest, I auto-deleted most of them. PR pitches can hurt to read because more often than not, they’re impersonal.
