I grew up on a family potato farm in SE Idaho and I have a PhD in Engineering from Stanford (also known as The Farm). Any sizable company would find it easy – as well as advantageous – to move their technology to Seattle or Omaha or Minneapolis to avoid the brain damage of auditing and accounting for and paying the taxes under HB 1192.
