When I saw the proposal, I immediately thought of the web consulting rollups of 1999. Do you remember US Web, iXL, Scient, and Viant? Anyone remember the web hosting rollup? In fact, I know a few companies that put computer science grads through these types of programs as an on boarding process. revenue several years later.
