My company name, Bear in Mind Strategies, LLC, is a combination of my name, a common phrase about consciousness, and my strategic approach to working with clients. I chose not to be as specific as to call it Bear in Mind Productions because I do so much more than just produce videos. My company’s name is Jade Solutions, LLC.

Your contractor wrote a great V1 of the product and it helped you get angel funding. Shame about not getting it in legal writing that you owned the original IP. Founded it as a California LLC but your potential VC wants a Delaware C-Corp? Anyone who does IP law in Southern California seems to use Knobbe Martens.
