Contract, NDA. _. within one year of sale, offer for sale, public disclosure or public use. Offer for sale in the U.S.:Red Types of Intellectual Property Protection.

The initial hypothesis for Epiphany (from my much smarter partner Ben ) was that as departments in the enterprise (manufacturing, finance, customer support sales) became automated, the marketing department would eventually get its turn. We consciously didn’t ask potential customers to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

By unusual coincidence, this week I had a number of different folks ask me to sign NDA s about the new projects theyre working on. But signing an NDA ? If I honor your NDA, and I meet a great investor or potential employee or valuable partner for your new venture, I wouldnt be able to tell them about it. Embed: 13 Comments.

Once the seller indicated a sale might be possible I asked for the first 3 from the list above, asked for a few more in a subsequent email, and so on. I added prominent calls to actions on the most visited pages to funnel people into the sales flow. She asks me to sign an NDA, which I do. Number of new paid accounts per month.

It would be helpful to get a California standard employee manual, employee contract/agreements, IP ownership release to company, and confidentiality. Standard 1-way/bi-lateral NDA's, standard templates for an employee manual, employee contract/agreements, IP ownership release to company are on my wish-list too. Kind Regards.
