I’ve been an avid reader of Dan’s Term Sheet while he was at Fortune , and now Pro Rata at Axios. Earlier this week, Dan said something in passing which took me by surprise: “In a related note, I wasn’t really aware that pre-seed was a thing.” Where did the term Pre-Seed come from? By definition, yes.
