A note about NDAs: 1) almost no experienced entrepreneurs/VCs will sign them (in fact, you asking them too is widely considered a sign of inexperience), 2) It’s not clear they have any real value – are you really going to spend years suing someone who signed an NDA? link] What’s the right amount of seed money to raise?

The market price is less than the inconvenience of signing an NDA. Microsofts originalplan was to make money selling programming languages, of all things.Their current business model didnt occur to them until IBM droppedit in their lap five years later. Usually you get seed money from individual rich people called"angels."

Language doesnt matter Complex web applications can be built in just about any programming language, and its not really the language that is so important as the frameworks that are available.
