The art of responding with a gif
I love sending memes and gifs as message responses to people. A meme can invoke just the right sentiment while also delivering a laugh. And it requires less writing, and therefore, less reading, which I think we can all agree is for the best.
Some examples (with what I mean when I send it):
“Oh yeah, that’s awesome!”
“Oh that’s funny…but also kinda makes me look bad. Good joke on my expense.”
“I can’t believe they did it.” or “Those bastards figured it out.”
“Are you kidding me?” or “No you didn’t.”
“Maybe…”
“Good job.”
“How’d I do? Pretty good, right?”
Bonus points for anyone that leaves me a similar gif as a comment ;)
PS – Yes, Leo makes the best animated gifs. Deal with it.
