j2 Global, based in Los Angeles, announced this week it has completed the acquisition of two Austin-based companies. j2 Global bought Offers.com, a digital media company based in Austin and MX Toolbox, founded in 2004, which provides managed IT services for small businesses worldwide. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
