How CareerPlug Saved 25 Days of Work with Chargify Business Intelligence

AUSTIN — Chargify, the leading billing platform for B2B SaaS, announced today the massive productivity improvements and decrease in operating costs that CareerPlug has achieved using its new Chargify Business Intelligence product. The Austin-based recruiting and HR software company saves up to six hours a week, or 25 days a year, by using the new product.

“Chargify’s new BI tool has taken our speed-to-calculate and accuracy of MRR and financial metrics and reduced it down to a mere dashboard refresh with 100% accuracy,” said Jenny Leman, President of CareerPlug. “This saves our operations and finance teams hours of manual work each week. CareerPlug was one of the first companies to adopt the new product from Chargify to better manage its billing data and overall business financials. Its leadership team leverages weekly data to monitor and drive growth for CareerPlug, however, its operations and finance teams were previously spending between four and six hours every week re-creating the same report to monitor the organization’s most critical business metrics. Significant amounts of time were spent in multiple spreadsheets doing vlookups, filtering, and segmenting data. Chargify Business Intelligence took this four to six hour weekly project and turned it into a 10-second refresh.

Chargify’s latest development empowers B2B SaaS companies with an accurate, 360-view of their business so they can make data-informed strategic decisions. The self-service Chargify Business Intelligence analytics suite enables users to create custom dashboards with real-time billing and revenue management data. The tool starts users with out-of-the-box reports and dashboards, but then provides the ability to clone and customize these out-of-the-box metrics, as well as build custom metrics from any available data. For the first time in the billing and subscription space, users can even stream-in data from across their business stack, such as Salesforce or Stripe, for cross analysis with their billing data, eliminating the need for clunky, manual processes.
