Again, much red tape even though David grew up in the US (he had since moved to Europe and married a wonderful woman from Romania). They wanted to employ our entire team post acquisition. Eventually he got paperwork to do so, but it was ridiculously long and riddled with red tape. We then moved our CFO, David Lapter, to the US.
