TECHSTARS AUSTIN KICKS OFF 2020 MENTORSHIP-DRIVEN ACCELERATOR CLASS, REVEALS 10 SELECTED STARTUPS

Techstars, the worldwide network that helps entrepreneurs succeed, announced the 10 startups selected for the 2020 class of Techstars Austin. The 10 companies span multiple industries and countries of origin, and will undergo three months of intensive hands-on mentorship, networking and coaching, culminating in a Demo Day taking place March 4, 2020, where the class will showcase to the public. This will be followed by an Investor Week starting March 9, where Techstars Austin will curate meetings with investors from all over the United States. With SXSW starting later that week, the companies will be fresh out of the Techstars Austin program, ready to leverage the SXSW event as well. Techstars provides their accelerator portfolio companies with access to financial, human and intellectual capital to fuel the success of their business. Binaize is a network intelligence software product for Industrial IoT that helps minimize machine downtime and increase the operational efficiency of industrial control systems.

Boutiq (Austin, TX)

Rena Pacheco-Theard, CEO

Boutiq uses data science to buy and manage luxury vacation rentals.

Crave Retail (Austin, TX)

Matthew Cyr, CEO

Crave is a SaaS platform purpose-built to enhance the fitting rooms of premium enterprise retailers with modern digital experiences and analytics to optimize conversion opportunities.
