In both his business and his writing, Stanier strives to create leaders who are coaches, empowering them and their teams to do more great work. His methodology gives leaders practical tools that allow them to coach members of their team in 10 minutes or less.
His clients are businesses and organizations from across many industries and include the United Nations, the University Health Network, and USAA.
