I had to laugh when an analyst with Forrester said in the article - As impressive as these results may be, myShape’s approach will probably fail to gain a mass audience unless the company can somehow simplify the measuring process, said Sucharita Mulpuru, an analyst with Forrester Research. in Computer Science.

It took the idea of Customer Development and made it accessible to a whole new audience. From Lean Startup Machine , Lean LA and San Diego Tech Founders , to countless speeches and workshops, I have seen the impact that their leadership has had first hand. A good way to think about market segment is by thinking about fishing.
