From this I saw civic involvement and leadership first hand. We had also just been upgrade from London to Baltimore. When I was little I had a role model for entrepreneurship – my mom. She was a natural leader. She was president of the UJA in Sacramento. She was a nurse but was never graduated from a 4-year college. Even today.

Behavior Scoring = evaluating a lead based on the observed activities and behaviors of the individual across multiple channels (attending a webinar, viewing an RFP, downloading a thought leadership piece, scheduling a call with Sales, etc.). Hybrid = uses both Profiling & Behavioral Scoring to assess the viability of each lead.

Rick Peterson has coached some of baseball’s best pitchers in the past twenty years, including Cy Young Award winners and Hall of Famers, and was the Oakland Athletic’s pitching coach during the famed Moneyball era. He holds a combined degree in psychology and art.
