Audrey Ring and Terri enjoying dinner during the December AJLI Board Meeting in Charlotte. It’s rare that I see people like me- that’s to say, black men and women- in leadership positions, and when I do, it’s exhilarating. You see, it wasn’t about me making the board, though that was extremely humbling. I truly love her like family.
