We’d see them all the time and get to be feature testers and product guinea pigs. wants to talk to me about it, I’d at least entertain the conversation around getting an entrepreneur in there to start with their userbase and a running product start—or combine it with some similar opportunities we’re seeing in the space.

Could we even could find 40 Stanford graduate students interested in being guinea pigs for this new class? Real-time conversations and dynamic curation of news stories empowers people to expand their social networks and personal expertise about topics important to them. What if I was wrong? Would anyone even show up?

The job of your website is to lead and guide prospects into an ever deepening journey of awareness, trust, knowledge, insight and eventually conversion. So I started urging them and now anyone who will listen to choose a customer about once a quarter and make them a customer experience guinea pig of sorts.
