They are a provider of software and services that facilitate deployment and management of application software, using on-demand cloud servers from providers such as Amazon Web Services, Rackspace Cloud, GoGrid, and others.

Those companies ask me where those folks hang out, where to find them, where to hire them away from, and what to do to get them to join their company. What’s in demand? Or, what do you do if you’re just coming out of school and all you’ve done is Java coursework? cloud computing (Amazon AWS and EC2, etc.)
