How concerned are we about design for mobile? Obviously, it's far simpler to aim for browser-based systems and basically aim your design to work okay on mobile devices with some additional effort on the part of the user. You can ask them to come and watch your videos at your owned & operated websites (O&O) where you can make higher margins as well as ask directly for more meaningful customer information such as Facebook connections, Twitter oAuths, email addresses and the like. Set design. One of the best I have seen in the market is Epoxy.TV.

Given likely market changes, how will we design and build so that the systems can respond to marketplace changes? What other kinds of capabilities such as graphic design, user interaction, product manager, QA will we need? How can we phase development to balance cost, features, risk, etc? What options do we have? Who will do that?

I also read - The Difference Between Apple and Microsoft Marketing that tells us: Apples marketing is designed for Time Poor buyers, while Microsofts is designed for Time Rich buyers. I would agree that Apples product design would suggest that it aims at Time Poor buyers. Its certainly something to keep in mind.
