Some believe only businesspeople can do this-- that hackers can implement software, but not design it. Because so little money is involved, raising seedcapital is comparatively easy-- at least in the sense of getting aquick yes or no. Usually you get seed money from individual rich people called"angels." Thats nonsense.

Java has a fair amount of syntax in common in common with some of the.NET languages which were designed by Microsoft to counter Javas success. Seed money gets invested on something that shouldn’t be in use, rather than something provided by an off-the-shelf framework which won’t tie the business to a particular agency.
