Ever met a CTO/VP Engineering or CEO/CTO? Maybe the CEO got his cousin from Omaha to be their lawyer or theres been some serious messing around with the cap table. It follows that an "idea guy" who "just needs to hire a few engineers" probably isnt running a tech startup. Yeah me neither. If youre the CEO, just be the CEO!

I grew up on a family potato farm in SE Idaho and I have a PhD in Engineering from Stanford (also known as The Farm). Any sizable company would find it easy – as well as advantageous – to move their technology to Seattle or Omaha or Minneapolis to avoid the brain damage of auditing and accounting for and paying the taxes under HB 1192.
