It is the oil pipeline explosion in Nigeria that is Tweeted before people even know a disruption may happen.

I’m sure the head of the Federal Reserve Bank could spook the market or the heads of state of the US, China or Iran could. In the case of startups the “buyer” is the VC looking to part cash for “purchasing” equity in your startup. But not a VC or Bill Gurley or myself would have spooked it 2 years ago.
