Solution #1: At least once a week have a scrum meeting that absolutely everyone prioritizes. After the scrum, if time allows, hang out and catch up. It’s difficult to find talented people willing to take the risks of being in a startup, particularly in Europe where people are used to perks and pensions when they walk out of university.
