We consciously didn’t ask potential customers to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). making use of non disclosure agreement is both expensive and counter productive. (Welcome to the Internet bubble.) There was lots of venting as we talked about lawsuits and issuing nasty press releases.
