You will coordinate and administer the most active venture capital fund in Texas and see an insane amount of dealflow. You’ll know the inside details about almost every deal that goes down. You’ll interact with every VC in Texas and those from Silicon Valley who are investing in Texas and every startup CEO who gets funded.
In two or three years you’ll gain a decade worth of experience and dealflow.
Capital Factory has been the most active early stage tech investor in Texas since 2013. We did 70 transactions in 2018 alone! We invest in startups that get funded by all of the top venture capitalists in Texas and Silicon Valley. In this position, you will have the opportunity to see under the covers in all of the most exciting startups deals and have a seat at the table as we’re navigating the many different scenarios that arise.
You will work closely with Joshua Baer, Gordon Daugherty, Bryan Chambers, the Ventures Team, limited partners, external venture capitalists, lawyers, accountants and startup CEO’s to review legal agreements, perform our diligence checklist, and make sure transactions close in a timely manner.
