Momos are dumpling delights hailing from the Himalaya region of Asia and can be found in Tibetan, Nepalese, and Bhutanese cuisine. They are usually filled with various vegetables like cabbage and potatoes and carrots. However there are meat filled momos, normally a considered a delicacy made from locally available meat like buffaloes. In any case, they are quite delicious whether steamed or fried.
