What are the most impactful books you’ve read? Here are mine…

Recently on LinkedIn I was asked the question, “What are the most impactful books you’ve read?”

Oh wow, great question. For me personally, I’d list three in particular:

Start With Why— found my purpose through this book (some thoughts on how to get started)

Great Game of Business — built a financial (and operating) model for my business (here’s how I have put it into action)

The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team — building a trusting team (this is always something you’re working on, not just a one-and-done)

Beyond that some that were really impactful for me:

Moneyball — helped me think differently about everything

Setting the Table — always focusing on the customer/purpose
