This documentary is required viewing for any entrepreneur

Head nod to Dagger CEO, Mike Popowski, for telling me about this 4-part HBO documentary, The Defiant Ones. It’s the incredible story of Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine, which resulted in the $3 billion sale of Beats to Apple.

I knew next to nothing about their stories (shocking, I know) and was blown away by it in so many ways. What they’ve accomplished together is nothing short of extraordinary, and for any entrepreneur its a great lesson in perseverance, passion, and trust.
