Kevin joined Lightspeed as a Venture Partner in 2024,. His experience and passion is in consumer internet companies drawing on his experience at Gojek, Kevin brings unique insights into product development, marketing, and organizational scaling. 

Kevin was most recently a co-founder and CEO at Gojek, Indonesia’s leading ride-hailing, food-delivery, and payments app which went public, after merging with local e-commerce giant Tokopedia, on the Indonesian stock exchange in April 2022 at a market capitalization of $28 billion. He stepped down as CEO of Gojek in June 2022 and remained on the board of the combined holding company (IDX: GOTO) until April 2023. 

He is a fervent believer in the power of technology to advance humanity and is excited to work in service to visionary and tenacious founders (believing both in equal measure are necessary) from around the world. Drawing from his own experiences and learnings, Kevin aims to be the empathetic and experienced advisor he wished he had in the early days of building Gojek during the nascent period of Southeast Asian technology industry in 2014 .Outside of work, Kevin indulges in a diverse range of interests. He immerses himself in various rabbit holes including, but not limited to, competitive first-person shooters, economic theory, and skiing.

His personal journey and ability to go deep on a range of subjects makes him an empathetic listener and advisor to foundersacross various stages of their building journey.
