As we walked through the Levensohn Vineyard last week with our viticulturist, Zach Berkowitz , and our vineyard manager, Stan Zervas , of Silverado Farming , Zach cut into a green berry from one of our vines. The chart below shows accumulated GDD for four key years since 1994. We don’t see this trend reversing.
