When I first moved to California from New York in 1996 I saw the success of juice bars. You see, at the time, my wife was working in Public Relations at a hotel. As I mentioned, my wife had been working in PR, and her efforts were getting her hotel in lots of magazines. Which led me to realize that I should also get PR.
