In December 1996, while I was still a student in the Master of Software Engineering program at Carnegie Mellon, I got bit hard by the entrepreneurial bug. I graduated from Carnegie Mellon in 1997 and decided to use my OPT to give the company a proper shot. I got my greencard approval in 2001, a few months after 9/11.
