He was at Circuit City on 9/11, he led Home Depot through the response to Katrina, was at 24 Hour Fitness during, what we used to call, The Great Recession, and led USAA as COO and president, starting in 2014. They were 90 minute, I'll call it, sprints and the team started scrumming really as soon as we got back on Saturday night.
