The first two were prohibitive due to timezone difficulties. By process of elimination & in small part due to my Israeli heritage, Tel Aviv won the day. Tel Avivians are extraordinarily open minded, and if you are in tech, expect to be invited for dinners & tiyulim ( short trips). All in a 2000 sq ft shared workspace.
