The kinds of places where you have to sign an NDA when you walk in the lobby… When I lived and worked in the bay area (2000-2005) virtually all the startups were down on the peninsula somewhere. Im a former Silicon Valley entrepreneur turned East Coast VC.

Should I require and NDA? This has presented a problem of the decision makers at resorts balking on spending 50K+ on an unproven idea, although we did a beta test around 2000 with 3 mountains that went well. I have the vision, model and the core elements of the ideas established. How can you find and assemble a team I can trust?
