When we started IMVU in 2004, we could rely on a staggering amount of open source software that jumpstarted our initial product offering. If youre emitting HTML, as 99% of all PHP apps are, its just so damn convenient to throw in PHP tags along with your layout tags, all inline on the page. Keep HTML HTML and Javascript Javascript.
