Eric, I agree with everyone above about referring to people who loudly voice their opinions as trolls. I often am brought to tears when I see someone post for help at the forum, and they are referred to the help ticket system. I'm one of the older users not in age but time on IMVU, May 2006 join date. REALLY NEEDS it IMHO.
