But as any programmer will tell you (I’m one), any lucrative contract or full time job you can get, especially these days, will usually leave you so burnt out by the end of the day that the last thing you will want to do is sit down and bang out more code. Do a curl (or your.NET equivalent) on each domain, and see how many are running a Windows server: I think you’ll find the fraction very small. If they use Haml, are they ignorant of HTML? I learned C# and.NET (along with HTML/CSS/JS/SQL/etc) because that’s what they used. March 25, 2011 at 2:27 pm. Matt Sherman.
